About Select Travel Study
Select Travel Study is a European-based provider of custom faculty-led study abroad programs, partnering with North American universities to design and deliver academically aligned programs across the United Kingdom and continental Europe.
Our structure combines direct in-country European program management with a dedicated U.S.-based office that provides comprehensive pre-departure coordination and institutional support.
This dual-continent model allows universities to work seamlessly with a North American team during planning while benefiting from fully integrated, on-the-ground execution throughout Europe.
We operate exclusively in support of faculty-led academic programs and work directly with universities and colleges seeking a reliable in-region partner.

OUR OPERATING MODEL
Select Travel Study manages programs directly through in-country teams located across the UK and Europe. We coordinate accommodations, transportation, academic site access, professional visits, and on-site program support without subcontracting core services.
By maintaining direct vendor relationships and regional oversight, we ensure:

- Clear communication throughout the program lifecycle
At the same time, our U.S. office works closely with faculty leaders and study abroad administrators during the planning phase. We support budgeting, documentation, enrollment coordination, communication, and institutional review processes to ensure alignment with university policies prior to departure.
This integrated approach provides universities with the advantages of both European-based operational control and U.S.-based institutional responsiveness.

During that time, the company has undergone just one change of ownership. Furthermore the current ownership has worked for Select for a combined 55+ years prior to the acquisition. So you could say experience and consistency is in the company’s DNA.
This allows us to avail you of an unrivaled knowledge of Europe, a deep well of European
contacts and a flair for creative program design. Ninety years is a long time and our owners have a personal average of 30+ years each in the field of educational travel. Our senior management has an average of 20+years’ service with us.
We are ever grateful that our successes and expansions are all down to organic growth of our core business, not via corporate acquisition.
This allows us to retain the personal service and true educational travel heritage which has been the hallmark of our success for so very many years. Just like the field of education, the art of educational travel cannot be exclusively about business and the absolute bottom line.
